We’ve created a platform for selling anything related to an event including merchandise, parking passes, music downloads, e-books, and of course… tickets of every variation!

Shomee will transfer payouts automatically via Paypal or Stripe payment gateways in the U.S. or Canada in USD currency only, to Event Organizer within two (2) business of the completed purchase. We don’t offer any other form of funds transfer at this time.

The short answer is “no”. In order to give you the most competitive pricing in the market, we charge a flat service fee to buyers to cover our basic costs.

As a marketplace provider, Shomee is responsible for accurate tax collection and reporting for anything sold using our platform. We don’t furnish organizers any tax documentation other than giving you access to download sales reports for your own reporting purposes.

You’ll need your own account with Paypal or Stripe (preferred) which will be used for payouts only. We’ll handle the payment processing for you, and therefore you don’t need your own merchant services.

We consider all sales as final unless the organizer specifies a specific policy for their own events. Customers can request full or partial refunds, which require prior approval from organizers.

While we use our own measures to detect fraudulent activity, you also have complete control of your ticket inventory, seating charts, minimum sales quantities, and attendee information that is collected and used for check-in.

Currently, we don’t have any services to calculate postage or print shipping labels. Most of our Sellers include shipping costs with the merchandise amount, or bill for it directly using their own carrier. We recommend Shippo for multi-carrier services.
